Description

Lead quality assurance for Pega applications, owning test strategies, automation frameworks, and defect resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functionality, performance, security, and usability for Pega applications.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across all application components.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress, Selenium, and PegaUnit.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate application handling of expected traffic.
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to document defects and drive timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years as a QA Engineer, with 3+ years in a Lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of Pega applications, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium.
• Strong experience developing test frameworks using Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with PegaUnit.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
