Description

You will lead QA automation for Pega-based applications, defining scalable test strategies and owning the release quality pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation efforts and design automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to define quality goals and testing requirements.
• Mentor QA team members in automation practices, test planning, and execution.
• Manage test data, environments, and defect triaging processes.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in Pega technology and Pega-specific test strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, UFT, TestNG, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java or Python scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins and Git.
• Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• ISTQB or relevant QA Automation certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with PegaUnit or other Pega-specific testing tools.
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
