Description

Execute manual and automated testing within an Agile/Scrum environment. Analyze business requirements and high-level design deliverables to develop detailed test cases. Map test cases directly to business requirements to ensure full coverage. Perform SQA analysis and manage defect tracking through the development lifecycle. Execute both manual and automated testing processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret complex business requirements and design documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test case and defect management tools.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA phases.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
