Description

You will execute manual and automated testing within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring full coverage of business requirements through detailed test case development and SQA analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and high-level design deliverables to develop detailed test cases.
• Map test cases directly to business requirements to ensure complete coverage.
• Perform SQA analysis and manage defect tracking throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute both manual and automated testing processes to validate system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test case and defect management tools.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong SQA analysis skills with a solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and design documents.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
