Description

You will build and manage automated workflows using the Pega RPA platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy new bots within tight timelines.
• Manage and upgrade Pega servers.
• Define user requirements and develop software specifications.
• Design software architecture and handle basic coding and compilation tasks.
• Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders at all levels of expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Pega RPA Software Developer.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks, including deployment, continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous delivery.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with test-first practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Mongo DB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Cloud environments including AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Javascript, C, and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
