Description

Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of automation solutions using Pega Robotics Process Automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy bots to automate complex business processes and workflows.
• Integrate Pega RPA solutions with various third-party systems and applications.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain automation processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with Site Reliability Engineers to deliver monitoring, alerting optimization, and stability improvements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, identify root causes of issues, and perform regular application health checks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Pega RPA.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying bots using Pega Robotics.
• Experience automating business processes and designing workflows.
• Strong ability to integrate RPA solutions with third-party tools and systems.
• Experience working with load-balanced, high-traffic services.
• Ability to optimize code and automate routine tasks.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology.
• Experience performing incident restoration and regular application health checks.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
