Guide agile Pega project teams within the healthcare domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach Pega development teams on agile best practices and workflows.
• Coordinate with product owners to meet project objectives and manage scope.
• Remove impediments and track team performance and project progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically on Pega projects.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain requirements and compliance.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Pega development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
