Description

You will serve as the Lead Business Architect for an Agile product team, driving solution design and process elaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design activities, including defining business expectations, objectives, synthetic data requirements, and user roles.
• Collaborate with development teams and UX designers to translate client requirements into functional Pega solutions.
• Conduct independent discussions on Pega process, functionality, and structure to guide configuration practices.
• Coach junior team members across vendors and facilitate meetings to plan business process elaboration.
• Execute Agile elaboration functions and define approaches for validating configured functionality.

Required Skills

• Certified Pega Business Architect.
• Ability to conceptualize process structures and Pega layers.
• Experience working within a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, broad-natured assignments independently.
• Proven ability to proactively seek out information and learn new processes.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms.
• Previous IRS clearance and/or experience with IRS ELM requirements documentation.
• Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools.
