Description

•    Minimum 15+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience. 
•    Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Constellation UI. 
•    Strong knowledge of Case Management, Integration Services, Decisioning, Flows and Business Rules, UI development, Security and Role-Based Access, Reporting, SLAs, and Assignment Processing. 
•    Strong experience integrating Pega with REST APIs and enterprise applications. 
•    Understanding of Pega guardrails, reusable design patterns, application architecture, and performance best practices. 
•    Experience with Pega DevOps deployment pipelines, branching, rulesets, and application lifecycle management. 
•    Experience participating in technical design reviews and code reviews. 
•    Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

AI / GenAI:
•    Experience or strong working knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities, Pega GenAI Blueprint, and AI-assisted application development.
•    Identifying opportunities to apply AI/GenAI to improve business processes and developer productivity.
•    Hands-on implementation experience with Pega GenAI capabilities is strongly preferred.

Certification:
•    Pega Certified Senior System Architect Required.
•    Pega Certified Lead System Architect Preferred.
•    Certification must be current, valid, and should be included with the candidate submission
