- Provide guidance for Pega upgrades and patches to minimize service disruption.
- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure adherence to Pega development standards.

- 10+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Deep expertise in Pega 8.x.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SOAP APIs.
- Proven ability to lead system integration projects.
- Experience with application performance tuning and scalability.
- Degree in any graduate field.
