What’s the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement scalable backend software solutions
• Build and optimize applications using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Write clean, efficient code using Python, SQL, and Object-Oriented principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions and delivery
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization

 
What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of experience with Pega, Python, and SQL
• 2–3 years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP concepts
• Experience with backend development and scalable system design
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
