Design and implement scalable backend software solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize applications using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Write clean, efficient code using Python, SQL, and Object-Oriented principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Pega.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP concepts.
• Proven track record in backend development and scalable system design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
