Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable backend software solutions, with a focus on Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize applications using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Write clean, efficient code using Python, SQL, and Object-Oriented principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Apply strong understanding of algorithms and data structures to system design.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Pega, Python, and SQL.
• 2–3 years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with backend development and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
