Design, develop, and implement complex Pega solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions, applying best practices in architecture, security, and service interfaces.
• Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and develop flexible, reusable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, development support, and design recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Pega7, Pega8, and Pega24.
• CLSA certification required.
• Strong experience in application development or systems analysis with Pega.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and RDBMS.
• Experience with Spring Boot microservices, including debugging and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Selenium automation testing.
• Expertise in system performance monitoring, optimization, and security configuration, including OAuth2.0.
