Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement Pega applications using Constellation Architecture.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop case types, workflows, data objects, views, actions, validations, and business rules using modern Pega capabilities.
Configure user experiences using Constellation UI, including views, layouts, fields, data relationships, and reusable components.
Apply Pega implementation best practices, including:
Case lifecycle and workflow design
Data modeling and data object configuration
Decisioning and business rules
Security and access control
Integration patterns
Reusability and modular design
Develop and consume REST and SOAP integrations, APIs, connectors, and external data sources.
Configure authentication, authorization, roles, privileges, and access groups in accordance with enterprise security standards.
Perform application debugging, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and engineering standards.
Support unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with Pega Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other delivery stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level Pega developers.
Contribute to estimation, technical documentation, deployment planning, and operational support.
Stay current with Pega Platform releases, Constellation capabilities, development standards, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Pega development, with experience at the Senior System Architect level.
Hands-on experience implementing applications using Pega Constellation Architecture.
Strong knowledge of Pega Platform application development and case management.
Experience with Pega versions supporting Constellation, preferably Pega Infinity and recent platform releases.

Strong understanding of:
Case types and case lifecycle design
Constellation UI configuration
Data objects and data relationships
Views, layouts, fields, and actions
Security and access control
Decision tables, decision trees, and business rules
Integration services and APIs
Application packaging and deployment
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
