Role Overview:

This role focuses on providing technical and functional support for Pega applications and cloud technologies within a retail banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting critical production systems, identifying process improvements, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Pega application support, including PDC.
• Offer technical support for Cloud Technologies & Frameworks (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Deliver technical support for monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Successfully deliver competing priority items.
• Identify process improvements and lead associated change initiatives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, critical production support environment with consistent deliverables.
• Demonstrate proven success in self-managing roles with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of heavy functional or technical support experience with Pega applications, including PDC, or Pega certifications.
• 2+ years of technical support experience with Cloud Technologies & Frameworks (AWS, Azure, Google) or relevant Cloud certifications.
• 2+ years of technical support experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Experience in Retail Banking Technology.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong ability to successfully deliver competing priority items.
• Adept at identifying process improvements and leading associated change.
• Capability to succeed in a fast-paced, constantly changing, critical production support environment with consistent deliverables.
• Proven success in self-managing roles with minimal supervision.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Essential skills include PEGA, PDC, Cloud, DataDog/Splunk/Dynatrace.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of overall experience.
• Pega certifications are highly desirable.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google) are highly desirable
