Description

Provide technical and functional support for Pega applications and cloud technologies in a retail banking environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pega application support, including Pega Data Capture (PDC).
• Deliver technical support for cloud technologies and frameworks (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Manage support for monitoring tools including Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Identify process improvements and lead change initiatives to enhance production systems.
• Prioritize competing tasks and self-manage deliverables with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT support experience.
• 2+ years of heavy functional or technical support with Pega applications and PDC.
• 2+ years of technical support experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google).
• 2+ years of experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Retail Banking Technology.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production support environment.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google).
