Description

Design and implement scalable Pega Customer Service solutions with a focus on modularity. You will lead architecture decisions while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Pega components to ensure alignment with platform-wide strategy and best practices.
• Build and customize responsive agent front-ends using the Constellation framework and JavaScript.
• Develop and manage API integrations for dialers and core collections/debt collector systems using batch and real-time methods.
• Oversee workstreams to ensure design conformity and drive reusability across business units.
• Execute development stories, perform unit testing, and manage the hand-off to QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega implementation and customization.
• Deep expertise in Pega Customer Service and call center customization.
• Hands-on experience with the Constellation framework and UI work.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for responsive UI development.
• Experience with API integrations, including both batch and real-time processing.
• Proven ability to design for modularity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience working with Pega components hosted on Pega's cloud.
• Ability to drive high-level architecture while remaining hands-on with development when required.
