You will design and build complex frameworks for application development and long-term business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, support, and maintenance of framework components including thick-client, web, services, enterprise application integration, and batch.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to guide internal and external resources in architectural design.
• Support DevOps release management and source code management within an agile environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues by performing root cause analysis for performance and application errors.
• Mentor application developers on best practices and coordinate day-to-day technical activities and resource planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Deep foundation in Pega Systems Technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET and .NET Core.
• Strong experience with C#.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience using Docker.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
