Description

You will lead technical implementation and design within the Pega ecosystem, managing the full application lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement business rules and build low-level designs for application systems.
• Drive all phases of the application systems project life-cycle.
• Coordinate technical delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and communicate technical requirements across the organization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall development experience with 10+ years in Pega development.
• Expertise in Pega 8 and Pega Infinity.
• Senior CSSA or LSA certification (Part 1 and Part 2).
• Experience with Pega UI using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and Constellation.
• Integration experience with SOAP, REST, and JMS.
• Proficiency in XML, Java, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Pega Guardrails and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working within Agile project frameworks.
