Description

Lead technical efforts for complex software development projects, managing a team of 3-4 developers and driving collaboration between internal and external resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical designs and create or oversee technical specifications for application components.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and document application components and system integrations.
• Manage technical risks and coordinate developer tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction to a team of 3-4 developers.
• Drive collaboration between internal and external development resources.

Required Skills

• 7+ years developing web-based Java/J2EE applications.
• 5+ years designing and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
• 5+ years experience with Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) Version 8 or beyond.
• 3+ years in a lead or management capacity.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, AJAX, jQuery, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting RESTful web service APIs.
• Knowledge of system integration architecture using publish and subscribe patterns.
• Experience with DevOps tools and professional software engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing complex software systems delivered to customers.
