Provide technical expertise and production support for Pegasystems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support tasks and resolve technical issues in the Pega environment.
• Lead production bridge calls during critical incidents to restore service.
• Communicate technical status and updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain system stability and reliability for Pegasystems applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Pegasystems Rule Process Rule Capture (PRPC).
• Direct experience in production support environments.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure bridge calls.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership during incidents.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
