Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Pega applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to Pega development teams including senior system architects and business architects.
- Champion and enforce Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrail compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Pega applications and implement strategies for performance tuning and scalability.
- Define and oversee the integration strategy for Pega applications with other enterprise systems using various integration technologies.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to mitigate technical debt ensuring long-term health and maintainability of solutions.
- Oversee the entire Pega development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Present technical solutions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Act as a key point of contact for technical issues and escalations driving their resolution in a timely manner
