Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex Pega applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the integration strategy for Pega applications with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Lead the design and architecture of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
• Champion Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrail compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies for tuning and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, including senior system architects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Pega Platform, BPM, and Case Management.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, XML, SQL, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with integration technologies and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven track record in managing the Pega development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Kafka, JMS, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
