Description

You will lead technical teams in Pega application development, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in Pega application development and customization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using established standards and architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system security and stability.
• Provide technical guidance on Pega architecture, design patterns, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 9-11 years of experience in Pega development, including PRPC and PegaRULES.
• Strong knowledge of Pega application development, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in CSSA (Certified System Architect) level skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions based on business requirements.
• Understanding of application security principles within Pega environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certification such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA).
