Description

Design and implement UI tools on the Pega Platform to manage and operate SHIELD cases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega UI screens for SHIELD case management and operations.
• Integrate data sources including SHIELD models, attack signals, policy details, outcomes, and API/AI transactions.
• Design multi-entity screens for searching, filtering, and viewing cases and linked transactions.
• Implement case investigation workflows such as resolutions, status updates, commenting, and assignments.
• Conduct regular sync meetings and provide milestone demos to align with project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega UI development.
• Expertise in Pega UI and the Pega Platform architecture.
• Strong knowledge of case management and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and fetching context from back-office systems.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and front-end technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging back-office data collection for UI enhancement.
