Description

You will design and develop efficient Pega screens and user interfaces, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design Pega UI components, wireframes, prototypes, and site flows based on user research and use case scenarios.
• Validate UI configuration strategies to prioritize design templates and minimize customization or deviation from Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) UI.
• Review skins and stylesheets to ensure compliance with best practices and reduce reliance on custom CSS.
• Apply client branding through Pega Skin rule configuration.
• Collaborate with business teams to assist in requirements gathering, business analysis, and translating customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience using wireframe tools for low-fi and high-fi prototyping.
• Knowledge of UI design patterns, color theory, typography, and design methodologies.
• Ability to define user stories, use case scenarios, and process flows.
• Experience applying enterprise software design principles.
