You will design scalable system architectures and implement complex application solutions using Pega and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable system architectures and implement design patterns for complex application development.
• Provide high-level technical consultation to business units and IT management regarding development platforms.
• Code new programs, integrate purchased solutions, and reuse existing code through software alternatives.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for all assigned applications.
• Research and evaluate alternative programming solutions to recommend efficient implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with multiple programming languages, including mastery of Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of expertise in Pega, including proficiency with Pega tools and the Pega Healthcare Suite.
• 5+ years of experience leading system architecture and design patterns.
• Strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proven ability to manage development across distributed systems and client-server environments.
• Experience coordinating application development matters between different organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems.
