Description

You will design, develop, and manage ETL workflows using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI).

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Optimise ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for data lakes and warehouses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, bottlenecks, or data quality issues in production.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and BI teams on complex ETL projects.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Pentaho Data Integration for ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and schema design.
• Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Java or Python for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and various database systems.
• Skills in data profiling and data analysis to ensure data quality.
• Experience in Data Integration and ETL development (6–12 years).
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Pentaho experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Exposure to Banking/Financial Services domain.
