You will build and own the end-to-end people analytics function from the ground up.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL operations to transform and load HR data into the data warehouse.
• Design executive-level Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Consolidate data from multiple HR systems to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to define operational and strategic reporting requirements.
• Translate raw HR data into actionable operational insights for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in People Analytics and HR data strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for advanced data visualization and dashboarding.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse integration for HR systems.
• Knowledge of UKG HRIS reporting tools and data architecture.
• Experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent metrics.
• Experience in data normalization and HR information security governance.
• Familiarity with Data Governance principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
