Description

Lead the people and talent agenda to support business scaling and organizational growth. Partner with business leaders to execute people programs that align with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational design, compensation, and talent management decisions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and Total Rewards.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with L&D to design and implement training programs tailored to business needs.
• Use Workday and Workforce Dashboards to perform analytics on growth and retention.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven experience in organizational design and talent management.
• Ability to manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Experience with workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency using Workday or similar HRIS tools.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across global and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of talent development, performance management, and engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
