Own the strategy, solution design, and maintenance of People Systems, focusing on Core HCM and Advanced Compensation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence modules.
• Translate HR business objectives into Workday solutions, defining scope, deliverables, and success measures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, configuration, and support for Workday and related HR systems like Greenhouse.
• Manage complex data and workflows as the SME for HCM, Adv. Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Ensure all Workday system changes adhere to SOX control requirements, including documentation and controlled migrations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of global HRIS experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Experience working in a SOX Compliant environment.
• Expertise in data integrity, security, and testing of system changes.
• Familiarity with HR system change control requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Experience with system integrations.
