Description

You will administer PeopleSoft environments, manage migrations, and own release and deployment activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer PeopleSoft environments, performing migrations, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Analyze system and database performance to implement optimization improvements for reporting and dashboards.
• Execute code migrations using Change Assistant and Data Mover, including setting up migration tasks.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, addressing load balancing and resiliency concerns.
• Transition into release and deployment ownership over time while supporting production releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience with strong knowledge of PeopleTools.
• Experience applying patches for Tuxedo and WebLogic, and performing code migrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle database environments, including analyzing structures and relationships.
• Linux experience with the ability to write shell scripts and understand datacenter resiliency.
• Understanding of load balancing concepts, SSL certificates, and business continuity planning.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub, Jenkins or similar pipeline tools, and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with uDeploy, Liquibase, GitHub Actions, or load balancers such as F5 or AVI.
• Experience investigating infrastructure defects using AppDynamics, Grafana, BigPanda, or Windows environments.
