Description

You will manage the installation, administration, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft environments across Windows and Unix platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PeopleTools 8.4/8.5, Tuxedo, and WebLogic administration, including patching and bugfixes.
• Configure high availability, load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery activation and drills.
• Execute application updates and upgrades using conventional methods and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Handle change control management using PhiRE and manage project migration script execution.
• Monitor and tune application performance using database, OS, network, and storage metrics.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, WebLogic, and Tuxedo.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix platform administration.
• Experience with HR, Finance, and Tax application updates.
• Knowledge of Integration Broker and PeopleSoft security.
• Experience with Secure Enterprise Search (SES) setup and administration.
• Ability to manage Tidal job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SOX compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with Refresh and database-level troubleshooting.
