Description

Manage and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM environments, Oracle databases, and infrastructure components. Ensure system stability, performance, and high availability across DEV, TEST, and PROD.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Oracle databases and PeopleSoft environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain PeopleTools, including upgrades and environment setup.
• Execute PeopleTools upgrades and apply PUM updates using Change Assistant and DPKs.
• Manage environment refreshes, including cloning, data migration, and validation across tiers.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, web, and database tiers on Windows and Linux servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle/PeopleSoft DBA.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator.
• 2+ years of direct PeopleTools upgrade experience (PeopleTools 8.62 exposure preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with PeopleTools installation, configuration, and Change Assistant.
• 5+ years of experience working with DPKs (Deployment Packages) and PUM updates.
• 5+ years of experience administering WebLogic application servers and managing Tuxedo domains.
• 6+ years of experience with Application Designer.
• 2+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM environments.
• 2+ years working with Elastic / OpenSearch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments for PeopleSoft administration.
• Ability to collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for production stability.
