Description

You will provide techno-functional support and optimization for PeopleSoft ERP modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage system configurations and business process flows for AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to meet stakeholder needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues using SQL, code tracing, and other diagnostic tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solution designs.
• Execute user acceptance testing, create test scripts, and conduct user training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT and ERP Application Support.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.59xx.
• Strong configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage integration points between PeopleSoft, PowerPlan, and EPBCS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerPlan.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion, FCCS, or EPBCS.
