Description

You will manage the administration, installation, and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Enterprise Manager 12, including monitoring database modules for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft applications within multi-instance hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), including Oracle databases, Tuxedo application servers, Process Schedulers, and WebLogic.
• Optimize SQL statements and manage database administration tasks such as creating data dictionaries and performance models.
• Enforce documented standards for the design, installation, and modification of application administration and upgrade tasks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Strong background in Oracle 12C and 19C database administration, specifically RAC and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Expertise in performance tuning and backup/recovery using RMAN.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in SQL optimization within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Experience managing Web Servers, Application Servers, and Application Messaging.
• Ability to troubleshoot Process Schedulers on both Unix and NT.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 administration.
• Knowledge of Government systems.
