Description

You will manage the administration, installation, and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Enterprise Manager 12 for monitoring database modules.
• Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft applications in multi-instance hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), including Oracle databases, Tuxedo, and WebLogic.
• Optimize SQL statements and manage database administration tasks such as creating data dictionaries.
• Enforce documented standards for application administration and upgrade tasks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Strong background in Oracle 12C and 19C database administration, specifically RAC and OEM.
• Expertise in performance tuning and backup/recovery using RMAN.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in SQL optimization within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Experience managing Web Servers, Application Servers, and Application Messaging.
• Ability to troubleshoot Process Schedulers on both Unix and NT.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 administration.
• Knowledge of Government systems.
