Description

Manage system configurations and optimize business processes within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Manage system configurations and oversee business process flows for AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues using SQL, code tracing, and other diagnostic tools.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, create test scripts, and provide user training.
• Develop help desk procedures and maintain documentation for systems, service level agreements, and support protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT and ERP Application support.
• Techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.59xx.
• Strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience managing integration points between PeopleSoft, PowerPlan, and EPBCS.
• Proven ability to perform business process analysis and solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in stakeholder management and documenting technical/functional requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerPlan.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion, FCCS, or EPBCS.
