Description

You will support the New York State Payroll System running on PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll for North America v. 9.2.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and create design documents and technical specifications.
• Develop and troubleshoot batch and online objects within the Payserv system.
• Streamline processes, reduce customizations, and build business-requested enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer on new technologies and applications to other developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of PeopleSoft application development experience using at least three of: XML, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PSQuery, Data Mover, Application Engine, or Component Interface.
• 6+ years of experience using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures.
• 4+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.x or higher.
• 4+ years of experience transforming business requirements into design documents and test plans.
• 3+ years of experience developing collaborative solutions and troubleshooting with functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience providing knowledge transfer to other developers.
• 3+ years of experience developing PeopleSoft online applications and customization interfaces.
• 3+ years of experience using Oracle 11.x or higher databases.
• 2+ years of experience using Quest STAT or Phire for migrations.
• 1+ year of experience using Toad or Oracle SQL Developer.
• 1+ year of experience in at least two of: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Unix Scripting, Crystal Reports, or Oracle Policy Administrator.
