Description

Lead functional configuration and design for PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable implementations.

You will own the AR module setup, manage revenue recognition processes, and ensure accurate data flow between AR and GL.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and prepare functional designs for PeopleSoft AR implementations.
• Configure AR module setup, including establishing new AR Business Units.
• Manage revenue recognition, VAT handling, and deferred revenue processes.
• Configure cash deposit recording, including manual entries and Excel-to-CI template processing.
• Manage the AR to GL flow and configure new AR BUs to post to GL.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft AR module configuration.
• Proficiency in AR Business Unit setup, Entry Types, and Reason codes.
• Experience with multi-currency handling for pending items and cash receipts/applications.
• Knowledge of Lockbox processes and cash application procedures.
• Ability to create and maintain PeopleSoft Queries using AR tables.
• Experience configuring payment predictors and managing payment posting.
• Familiarity with customer configuration and write-offs (over/underpayments).
