Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation and upgrade projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and produce formal functional documentation for stakeholders and SMEs.
• Lead formal work sessions and deliver functional analysis presentations.
• Execute hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Manage communications within large teams using MS Teams and Channels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on PeopleSoft FSCM.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• 8+ years of experience creating functional documents and conducting stakeholder work sessions.
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end system integration and interface testing.
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• At least 2 years of experience using MS Teams and Channels for large-scale team communication.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, or STAT.
