Description

Act as the technical bridge between subject matter experts and application developers to optimize ERP and budget planning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Perform technical analysis, design, unit testing, and deployment for PeopleSoft applications.
• Model business processes using flowcharts and use cases to drive system re-engineering.
• Collaborate with QA teams by participating in test plan reviews and triage meetings.
• Monitor and report on performance utilization against business requirements.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Business Analysis and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 5+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft ERP application builds.
• 5+ years of experience with Finance, budget planning, and Business Intelligence applications.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• 5+ years of experience in business process modeling using MS Visio.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and specification reviews.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and risk analysis.
