Description

Act as the technical bridge between subject matter experts and application developers to optimize ERP and budget planning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Manage the full software life cycle, including technical analysis, unit testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with QA teams through test plan reviews and triage meetings to ensure application quality.
• Consult with executive-level users to determine best practices and system utilization.
• Analyze dependencies between development projects and monitor performance against business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in analytical roles requiring critical thinking and risk analysis.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and building ERP applications.
• 5+ years of experience working with Finance, budget planning, and Business Intelligence applications.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and business process optimization.
• Experience designing and testing application integrations with statewide systems.
• Strong technical writing skills for specification and design documentation.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with minimal coaching.
