Description

You will serve as a technical and functional lead for PeopleSoft Campus implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PeopleSoft Campus projects by designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications for PeopleSoft Campus modules.
  • Configure and test modules to ensure seamless integration with Oracle products and third-party systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members while managing small to medium-sized teams on select projects.
  • Deliver training programs on PeopleSoft Campus functionality and best practices to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft Campus.
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle Cloud.
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus architecture, data models, and integration points.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of the higher education industry and its specific requirements.
