Description

You will serve as a functional module lead for large-scale PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PeopleSoft implementation and image upgrade projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit/gap sessions, and business process documentation.
• Perform system configuration and develop functional specifications.
• Create test scripts, execute testing, and develop training materials.
• Facilitate project-related work sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Time & Labor Module.
• 8+ years of experience working on PeopleSoft 9.2 image upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of experience as a functional module lead for large implementations.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and CAPPS.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, configuration, and testing lifecycle management.
• Strong meeting facilitation and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State of Texas PeopleSoft (CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or a CAPPS hub instance.
• Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) version 9.1 or higher.
• Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
