PeopleSoft Cloud Solution Architect/Technical Lead

You will lead the end-to-end technical migration of statewide PeopleSoft ERP systems and supporting infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilitation, analysis, and design required to migrate PeopleSoft systems and supporting tools to OCI.
• Act as the primary technical and architecture lead for the migration project from inception to implementation.
• Mentor and advise IT staff to build internal knowledge of OCI environments.
• Document technical non-functional requirements and manage project scope.
• Produce technical diagrams, delivery schedules, and manage project risks, costs, and communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large PeopleSoft ERP systems projects.
• Extensive experience planning and executing migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Deep technical knowledge of PeopleSoft systems including HCM 9.2, FMS 9.2, ELM 9.2, and Interaction Hub 9.2.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database 12c and 19c.
• Proficiency with IBM DataStage 11.7 and OBIEE 12 for data warehousing.
• Experience managing Broadcom AppWorx 9.4.4.
• Ability to manage technical project lifecycles, including activity sequencing and duration estimation.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Tools 8.60 and 8.54.
