Description

You will serve as a functional and technical consultant for a PeopleSoft HCM implementation project based in Alpharetta, GA. You must work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and author functional design documents for custom processes.
• Configure and set up Benefit Leave Plans to meet specific entity needs.
• Design and develop custom leave plan setup pages for multiple companies with varying standard hours.
• Develop complex custom leave accrual processes.
• Create and execute test cases independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools 8.59, 8.60, or 8.61.
• Deep expertise in Benefit Leave Plans administration.
• In-depth knowledge of leave accrual processes and payroll processing.
• Experience with App Engine.
• Experience with SQR reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Ability to work EST hours from Alpharetta, GA.
