Description

You will design, monitor, and enhance data conversion programs while supporting the Oracle PeopleSoft system.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis and develop enhancements for PeopleSoft systems using version 8.57.
• Create integration mechanisms between ELM and HR systems.
• Produce all necessary technical documentation required for implementation.
• Prepare roll-out plans for development activities and support migration procedures.
• Manage change requests to meet timelines set by the support center.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x, specifically HCM modules including ePerformance and Recruiting/TAM.
• 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, and development using PeopleTools 8.5x.
• Proficiency with PeopleCode, Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, and AWE.
• Ability to modify and create PeopleSoft objects including components, pages, records, fields, SQL, and Application Packages.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Fluid Pages, Pivot Grids, Activity Guides, and Related Content Framework.
• Experience developing HTML/CSS pages within PeopleSoft.
