Description

• Developing People Code, PS Queries, Application Package, Component Interface.
• Migrating data using SQL LOADER, UTL Packages, LOB objects and SMTP.
• Understanding requirements from the clients and perform problem analysis and report on findings to learn user needs and feasibility.
• End-to-End in implementation, upgradation, support for PeopleSoft CRM Applications (360 Degree view, CRM Helpdesk, Calendars, Customer Self Service).
• Writing Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions to customize the instance as per Business needs of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM Applications Governance Program.
• Integrating and optimizing complex PL/SQL packages to improve overall data processing capabilities.
• Developing PeopleSoft reporting and Interfacing with SQR Reports, PS Query and Tree Manager.
• Developing  BI Publisher Reports using XML Data Templates. Field service report, Order details report.
• Involve in necessary technical workshops such as analysis, technical design, build, code review, testing and deployments.
• Involve in daily standup meetings, Sprint planning, Retrospective meeting, and E2E coordination meetings.
